CDAVConnection

This class implements at a low level the HTTP protocol along with the WebDAV extensions to that protocol. Designed to be a drop in replacement for the PowerPlant LHttpConnection class; extends the functionality to include RFC2518 (WebDAV) methods, and most of the HTTP 1.1 features (1.1 specific headers and chunked transfer encoding).
